This new Expense Compliance Specialist position within our Shared Success Center will be at the center of the action from initial planning to launch and ongoing operations, providing an amazing opportunity for your talents to make an impact! What you will be doing The role of Expense Compliance Specialist is to support the HomeServices of America travel policy through review and audit of expense reports.
This could mean:
Audit of Concur (expense management system) for all submitted reports.
Produce expenditure reports, trend analyses and operational risk performance reports.
Assist in resolving of any issues with non-compliant expense submissions.
To be successful, you will have 1-3 years' experience in accounting, accounts payable or expense reporting.
Previous Concur experience preferred.
Strong calculator and computer skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Team oriented.
