We are looking for a motivated, collaborative and creative individual to join our high-performing Process Development team.
This role will be focused on automated inspection technologies for the WATCHMAN device and will have strong opportunity for future growth.
You will have the opportunity to drive innovative technology solutions from concept to commercialization.
You will be partnering cross-functionally with a technically strong, experienced, and highly engaged team.
Your responsibilities include:
Developing new inspection capabilities for a complex medical device Works cross functionally to lead, own, develop, & deliver capable and robust processes and equipment to operations.
Develops experimental strategy and presents technical data and recommendations at technical reviews Solving complex technical problems in a hands-on manner, working in a fast-paced environment Providing strong leadership and problem solving to enable medical device innovation.
Collaborating & partnering with R&D to develop product concepts, influence design specifications and provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) input to the engineering print package Working on product and process development to lead the design and commercialization of new medical devices Develop, write, & review process validation strategy and related deliverables to meet quality system requirements.

) Contributes ideas to or generates Intellectual Property submissions.
Required
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience Bachelor's Degree in engineering or relevant technical field Preferred
Qualifications:
Demonstrated cross functional collaboration and influence in a technical environment Experience with Test Method Validation Demonstrated understanding of problem solving and root cause investigations Expertise in Operations and/or New Product Development Experience with Process Verification and Validation Experience with Nitinol manufacturing Demonstrated understanding and usage of statistics to drive improvements Medical device or other regulated industry experience Excels in a collaborative, cross-site environment Potential for travel up to 10% of their time #LI-On-site Requisition ID:
