RESPONSIBILITIES As our Digital Marketing Director your focus will be on driving impactful results and shaping the future of four unique brands built by successful entrepreneurs Gabe and Andrea Olson -Overflow Worship, The Big God Books, Andrea Olson Music, and 3D Money.
The job responsibilities of our Digital Marketing Director include, but are not limited to:
Oversee and optimize marketing campaigns:
Obsess over analytics and closely monitor the performance of every campaign.
Make daily adjustments to maximize results and ensure they align with our strategic objectives.
Manage contractors and resources:
Coordinate with web firms, ads firms, copywriters, and graphic designers to keep campaigns running smoothly.
Minimize turnaround time for changes and adjustments to maintain agility and responsiveness.
Develop and manage marketing funnels:
Create, manage, and edit funnels in Keap to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
Maintain a clean and healthy contact list while supporting email marketing efforts.
Drive continuous improvement:
Pay meticulous attention to detail and seek opportunities for in-the-moment adaptations.
Optimize ads, build sales and opt-in pages, and analyze conversations and micro-details to enhance conversion rates.
Collaborate with the social media team:
Provide optimization strategies, edit captions and headlines, and offer direction to improve the performance and impact of social media content.
Ensure brand consistency:
Keep a watchful eye on all marketing efforts, ensuring they align with each brand's individual voice and maintain a cohesive through line.
This includes new courses, products, books, resources, PDFs, and lead magnets.
This is a fully remote position based out of the U.

QUALIFICATIONSRequired Minimum 5
years of digital marketing leadership experience, successfully launching digital products, events, and / or courses Proficiency in using Mac products Expertise in Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) Preferred 10
years of digital marketing leadership experience Demonstrated experience in developing marketing strategies Knowledge of book marketing, course marketing, and membership site management Proficiency in WordPress and basic web development Familiarity with organic and paid social media marketing Experience using Active Campaign for email marketing and automation Desired Background in marketing for ministries Experience with music / worship ministry marketing for the Christian music industry Familiarity with ClickFunnel and HubSpot for potential database management ABOUT OUR MINSTRIESOverflow Worship:
