Business Analyst, SD DC - Commercial Execution POSITION OVERVIEW The General Mills Commercial Execution team is seeking a Business/Technical Analyst to join the team in support of our retail execution partners.
The role would be responsible for providing support and enhancements of our third-party vendor applications, support analysis from our internal databases, and create new capabilities and reporting from multiple sources.
To achieve this, the Analyst would work directly with the business and cross functional partners, including technology & solution resources, to gather requirements, maximize utilization of Salesforce platform, determine technical deliverable estimates, and problem solve support issues.
In addition, the Analyst will work closely with architects and business leads to plan, transform and migrate Oracle databases to Google Cloud Platform to establish a new data foundation for Commercial Execution.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organization skills, solid business acumen, agile development experience, project management exposure and be able to work and make decisions in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Accountable for learning third party applications, internal reporting, system and business process, rules and logic, as well as developing knowledge of system data architecture.
Work directly with the business to gather detailed business requirements and apply sound technical solutions to build and test functional specifications, also implement and maintain reporting functionality.
Provide timely, personal, and efficient response to user problems and inquiries.
Work within agile product team to develop user stories and tasks within the analyst's workstream MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or other relevant discipline Minimum 2 years of experience in Analyst role Experience in supporting systems using Oracle and PL/SQL, as well as Tidal, Business Objects, Tableau PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience gathering and documenting technical business requirements Ability to perform root cause analysis and identify problem trends Strong organizational, interpersonal, influencing and communication skills (written and oral) Demonstrated ability to analyze and support systems, as well as partner with technical team to design and implement Familiarity with Agile methodology Efficient time management skills with the ability to act independently and prioritize across multiple deliverables Experience maintaining rich documentation from business instruction to technical CONSIDERATIONS:

Salary Range The salary range for this position is $90100.
00 - $150300.
00 / Annually.
