Looking for the right individual to ensure the quality of the services provided to the customer meet required specifications through inspections and testing.
Duties include timely inspection of parts according to work instructions and customer specifications Uses inspection tools, such as x-rays, humidity chamber and micrometer to inspect parts per work instructions.
Completes required paperwork for approved parts and form QMF 09 when there is a quality issue.
Uses a variety of precision measuring instruments, including electronic devices; Checks color, finish, dimensions, hardness, density or other measurable or observable characteristics of material.
Ensures proper preventive maintenance and calibration of inspection tools.
Follow all ISO, NADCAP, AS, ITAR and other regulatory requirements.

years in related manufacturing setting oAttention to detail, ability to read blueprints and perform math calculations oAbility to read work instructions and complete paperwork accurately oGood employment record in roles requiring strong attention to detail, dependability and commitment to quality oAbility to read, write, speak and follow instructions in workplace English oAbility to stand, walk, reach without restrictions Preferred:
oFamiliarity and/or knowledge of ISO9000, AS9000, QS9000 or other industry specifications oExperience with internal/external audit processes Job Type:
