9K a year Marketing Executive SEA LIFE Minnesota, 120 E Broadway Bloomington, Minnesota, 55425 United States The Marketing Executive will be right in the heart of our magic, providing support to the Marketing Department and planning and managing promotional, PR, social media and sales activities.
Compensation for this role starts at $ Responsibilities Execute local Marketing & Sales tactics in line with agreed attraction strategy, and in collaboration with the Marketing Manager, General Manager and Brand Marketing.
Remain up to date on products / attraction changes and ensure that internal and external partners have accurate marketing assets and information on hours, pricing, promotions, events, etc.
Works with the Marketing Manager to manage social media channels, website, and day to day activities, including online advocacy, promotions, emails, newsletters, influencer program, etc.
Monitors customer responses on review channels and social channels, including customer service support and potential crisis issues as they arise, and work closely with relevant business partners to respond.
Works with the Marketing Manager to create accurate and compelling in-attraction signage and advertising assets - including graphic design and video editing following brand guidelines Coordinate and traffic all creative needs - including advertisements, website listings, promotions, sales collateral, event materials, and phone messages.
Works with the Marketing Manager and Operations on event and PR coordination as needed.
Proofread copy to check spelling and grammar, comfortable with learning brand voice and writing clear, creative, and persuasive copy as needed.
Collaborates with the Marketing Manager to request vendor quotes, generate PO's, log, and track all marketing related operating expenses.
Coordinates with internal departments to set up tickets and promotions, ensuring descriptions, calendars and rate details are kept up to date Coordinates marketing efforts targeted to groups including direct mail and email campaigns and representing the attraction at trade shows when needed.
Works with the Marketing Manager to secure and fulfill local, regional, and national promotional opportunities & develop relationships.
Understands, reviews, and analyzes sales by promotions in a weekly marketing summary to ensure effectiveness of promotions.
Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required.
Explores and coordinates new partnerships to extend advertising / promotional opportunities.
Responds to guest inquiries and supports through in person, phone, social media, and email communication All other tasks as assigned.
