Depending on experience Job Duties:
Carry out functional/final testing of semi and fully assembled parts (pressure valves and spray-guns) in accordance with the quality management program.
Verify quality of finished parts and their conformity to rules and regulations, as well as company technical standards.
Work with production to minimize assembly and working issues, as well as detect and prevent scrap and waste conditions; propose corrective action if needed.
Maintain records of all testing data in the ERP system.
Collaborate on the implementation or creation of new SOP and quality documents, to support manufacturing activities.
Assist with production process improvement and consistency (avoid/reduce machine downtime, machine set-up, etc.
).
Acquire instruments and tools for initial tests on incoming goods.
Check incoming material, including subcontracted parts.
Prepare quality reports if required.
Handle maintenance and settings of measurement tools.
Required skills /
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
2
years' Quality Control experience.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Experience in ISO9001 environment.
