Quality Section Manager with Security Clearance
SkyWater is hiring a Quality Section Manager.
Responsibilities:
-Establish an auditable Quality Management System (QMS) that meets the requirements for ISO 9001/AS 9100.
-Implement and manage eQMS software ETQ.
-Internal and external customer-facing position that works directly with customers to address inquiries, requests, or issues.
-Work cross functionally to initiate and implement preventive actions and ensure customer expectations are being met.
-Work collaboratively with other departments, suppliers.
and customers to resolve customer related issues as they occur.
-Conduct internal process audits and external supplier audits.
Required QualificationsEducation:
BS in Engineering or other relevant discipline/equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
-5 years experience in a regulated environment.
-Detailed understanding of standards (ISO 9001, and AS 9100).
-Familiar with statistical analysis tools, SPC, DOEs, and MSAs.
-Experience implementing Risk Management.
-Understanding of how to implement effective Corrective Action.
-Clear problem-solving capability with data driven systematic approaches to finding solutions.
-Experience auditing processes.
-Demonstrated ability to meet commitments and deliver results.
-Ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities to meet business needs.
US Citizenship Required:
This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance which requires U.
S Citizenship.
Preferred Qualifications-5 years quality systems experience.
-Experience working at a US Government sub prime.
-Experience establishing a Quality Management System.
-Experience with eQMS software, (ETQ).
-Knowledge of processes and equipment used in the manufacture of semiconductor wafers.
-Certified auditor to one or more of the following standards (ISO 9001, and AS 9100) desired.
-Process FMEA knowledge.
-Experience reviewing contracts and customer requirements.
-Experience documenting requirements for subcontract statements of work.
Recommended Skills Auditing Business Requirements Contract Management Corrective And Preventive Action (Capa) Engineering Failure Mode Effects Analysis Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
