You'll assist with the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media.

You will drive marketing, tech, and all-around agent support to the Leadership Team, Associate Leadership Council, and Agents.
You will contribute superior marketing, communication, and organizational skills to our fast-growing Real Estate brokerage.
We are looking for someone who can use their creativity and marketing prowess to create social media, email, and print campaigns that will build brand recognition and promote the professional reputation of the office, as well as for the agents and their individual businesses.
You will support the Leadership team in recruiting top agents by sharing the value proposition of KW Technology and retaining top agents by training and engaging them in our technology.
You are responsible for first-level technical support to the associates in the office (which we call our market center).
We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy with marketing and training in their background, a problem solver, a business consultant, someone who is highly assertive, passionate, and a people-oriented individual who operates with urgency.

Compensation:
$19 - $23 hourly
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for our agents, ensuring they have what they need to build careers worth having Write social media content and other copy that contributes to our overall marketing strategy and goals Regularly update our social media channels and respond to followers Train the market center on KW technology
marketing Market our monthly training calendar, ensuring course awareness and robust attendance Be the point person for our office events, including but not limited to:
RED Day, Shed
Shred, Sales contest rewards, Annual Awards Ceremony, holiday parties, quarterly lunches for top producers Partner with the Leadership team on various recruiting and retention tasks
