Digital Product Owner

JOB PURPOSE:
The Digital Product Owner is responsible for enterprise-wide digital initiatives across Graco's end-user experience platforms from conception to execution.
This role leads the translation of product vision into solutions.
You will lead the software product development life cycle from inception to production launch and post production support.
You will collaborate with key functional experts to design, build and document solutions that achieve business needs and determine the future of how Graco technology solutions engage and interact with its intended audience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Develop product roadmaps to determine life-cycle decisions, consistent with business goals and customer needs to achieve desired KPIs Identify and recommend system improvements based on customer and internal feedback analysis, usability data, and interactions with various stakeholders across the company (marketing, analytics, sales, customer support, etc.
) Identify project duration, scope, effort, sequence, and task dependencies required to meet applicable project objectives on time and within budget Provide visibility of project status to executive leadership while proactively and clearly communicate changes in scope and delivery Lead agile processes including epic & story creation, backlog refinement, product demonstrations, and stakeholder/leadership reporting Responsible for owning the operational processes, documentation, governance, and authoring procedures of Graco owned website(s) to increase digital adoption, usage and competence Conduct and facilitate quality assurance tests on new and existing development deliverables for completeness and correctness to business requirements and functional specifications Create and maintain user test plans; Work with end users and developers to perform system and regression testing Provide leadership to product development teams to drive technical development efficiencies Mentor junior business analysts across other product teams POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Certifications:
BS/BA in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent)
Experience:
5
years of digital product owner or business analyst experience required Experience with Agile software delivery management tools and techniques (Scrum, JIRA, confluence) Experience leading and executing large-scale development initiatives Experience creating digital content publishing workflows, or similar content management workflows with a measured impact on efficiencies gained Experience with enterprise content management systems, eCommerce, CRM, and third-party integrations Skills/Abilities/Competencies:
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills to communicate effectively with development teams and divisional stakeholders Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to organize and train teams in geographically dispersed locations WORK ENVIRONMENT:
