If so, we are looking for you! Entourage is hiring a full-time Event planning assistant professional.
Hours:
One late day 11am-8pm and four days 8am-5pm.
Two Saturdays a month from 7:
30am-4:
30pm with a day off during the week.
No Sundays Duties include:
Answer phones Handles basic service instructions from client meetings and phone calls Help maintain relationships with clients Have great customer service skills with a welcoming demeanor Ability to multi-task in a team environment Being detailed-oriented is a major must Ability to be proactive and anticipate the needs of others along with own's work Provide administrative support to sales staff, management, and planners Place orders for management Serve as CRM administrator, supporting data entry and pulling reports 1 year of administrative experience preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Must be 18 years to apply Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
