Summary:
Responsible for assisting and managing the compliance and privacy functions for captive shared IT services company serving operating entity company customers of large international insurance and financial services group located in North America.
Activities include administering, coordinating and sometimes managing, developing, communicating, and responding to events in scope of the compliance and privacy functions.
Position within small collegial Legal, Compliance & Privacy team.
Essential Job Functions:
Develop, execute, and oversee all aspects of a tabletop exercise for the purpose of ensuring necessary teams are engaged, clearly defining roles and responsibilities, and identifying activities required to manage and resolve an incident.
Requires creation of a data privacy scenario, leading the exercise, and providing feedback and recommendations resulting from the exercise to enable the Privacy and other teams to further update current Data Incident Response Plans.
Assist Data Privacy Manager to work on identifying and incorporating privacy requirements into the company's Third-Party Risk Management program.
Support all mandatory trainings rollout, coordinating reporting with the third party status tracking, and assigning the training to new employees.

Experience:
3-5 years' experience required:
managing compliance and privacy.
5-7 years' experience preferred:
managing compliance and privacy for US operations of large international company, preferably in the IT services industry.
CIPP designation desired.
Experience in OneTrust preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
