Quality Control Chemistry Supervisor
Our client has an opening for a QC Chemist Supervisor.
This role will oversee QC Chemists in a lab environment.
Prefer candidates who have at least ONE year of supervisory experience, but will also entertain someone who comes from a QC Chemist background looking to get into management.

75-95k depends on experience Key Responsibilities Provides support and oversight of testing and release of laboratory testing on shift.
50% Initiates and completes laboratory investigations to their closure.
25% Conducts training for direct reports and takes part in needed training to perform job function.
10% Provides performance-based feedback to direct reports, including completion of annual performance reviews.
5% Seeks assistance on Human Resource issues.
5% Participates in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
5% Total Direct Reports:
5-10 chemists and/or technicians supporting laboratory functions.
