Maintenance Worker Bus Driver Bonus
Augustana Apartments of Minneapolis, an independent and assisted living campus in Minneapolis, is hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Worker with 3
years of experience to join our team.
Our building is located on the bus line in the heart of historic Elliot Park Neighborhood.
We offer free parking and staff have easy access to various public transportation options.
For your dedication to this position, we will pay you a $2,000 bonus.
This is a Full-Time, benefit eligible position working Days and one weekend per month.
Maintenance Worker
Responsibilities:
Respond to maintenance requests by residents and staff.
Perform routine maintenance repairs and projects as needed.
Implement and schedule a preventative maintenance program.
Follow through on projects with little supervision.
Perform manual tasks and carry out all given job related instructions.
Keep detailed reports of ongoing and completed projects.
Performs seasonal tasks, such as yard work, snow removal, A/C cover removal, etc.
Will also drive the senior living bus to take residents on outings.
Maintenance Worker requirements:
3
years maintenance experience required.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to pass driver's test to drive bus that transports residents.
Ability to pass background check and drug test.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to work flexible hours on occasion.
