The Associate Director, US Cell Therapy Field Strategy and Reporting, will support strategic initiatives specific to the Sales force customer model evolution, Sales force analytics/planning and processes to drive effectiveness of the US Cell Therapy organization.
This role requires a high-level of coordination across sales/marketing leadership and many supporting functions including BI&A and WW Customer Capabilities to deliver on core capabilities and business insights.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Support the field force analytics capabilities to evolve planning, targeting and deployment including the support of launches, business planning, and account planning process at all levels within the Sales organization Supports the US Cell Therapy Commercial teams in preparation for all business reviews including executive level presentations, quarterly business reviews, Board decks, and local level analytic reviews Pull through the efforts for systems and processes inclusive of the Sales Incentive Plans to meet business needs and the streamlining of processes and systems, at the enterprise level to drive higher field productivity Define and prioritize business requirements for ongoing field force sizing and structure Partner with the multiple cross functional teams including Marketing, BI&A, World-Wide Customer Capabilities, IT and others to prioritize and operationalize key business initiatives Skills/Knowledge Required :
A proven track record of effectively and efficiently driving performance within a matrix organization and a strong ability to build alignment and work collaboratively with others Working knowledge of Commercial systems, processes and reporting tools (i.
e.
Veeva, OneLook, Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant data blending abilities) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with strong confidence and desire to present & communicate with stakeholder at all levels of the organization Ability to lead complex projects across multiple functional areas Possesses high level initiative, ability to multi-task, and is passionate about asking and answering questions in large datasets Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), with the ability to communicate across multiple functions and levels Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Healthcare experience required.
Hematology experience preferred.
