Maintenance Technician II- Full Time- Lyndale

Walker Lyndale Senior Apartments is hiring a Maintenance Technician to maintain buildings and grounds as directed.
This position will perform routine building maintenance, apartment maintenance and repairs, apartment turns, minor appliance repairs and troubleshooting, and respond in case of community emergency.
The Maintenance Technician will work independently with available support from the skilled team of Walker Methodist Environmental Services Technicians.
The Maintenance Technician will participate in maintaining a safe physical environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Schedule:
Full-Time - 40 hours a week Including On- Call rotationSalary Range:
$22-$27 per hourPreferred
Experience:
Two years of prior experience in apartment maintenance or related field.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to accomplish tasks well and on time.
Work independently, perform tasks thoroughly, and hold self-accountable.
Demonstrate professional behavior.
Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
Basic computer skills.
Dependable and able to work on-call for after hours emergencies.
Excellent customer service skills.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
