Job Description:
Plan, develop and manage written communication on the web and other digital platforms.
The candidate will be expected to coordinate with the client and domain experts for a comprehensive understanding of the product or the service.
They will provide editorial support for existing artifacts/collateral adhering to quality standards with respect to defined language and editorial guidelines.
Responsibilities Understand client brief, the product/services and all its aspects Understand the complex scenarios and use cases Conduct research and gather appropriate information from relevant sources Provide product copy and functionality notes for wireframes with UX designers Create intuitive copy that helps users navigate with ease through digital products.
This might include menus, definitions, buttons, labels, chatbots, and error messages Review completed copy and contextual information in mockups with UI designers Focus on reuse opportunities and value for the audience Answer questions from different stakeholders as needed to ensure successful implementation of product designs Adapt writing style according to brand guidelines and tone of voice Maintain and organize the latest and archived content documents for different scenarios and platforms Manage and prioritize work across multiple projects simultaneously Sr.
