Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to individuals at home - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Medication reminders - Assist with meal planning and preparation - Ensure the safety and well-being ofpatient at all times - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations - Uphold resident rights and promote a person-centered approach
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a personal assistant or in a similar role is preferred - Understanding of resident rights and commitment to providing person-centered care - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team - Knowledge of social work principles and practices at home setting Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as required.
