Additionally, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights, decision support and contributing to the overall financial health of the company.
Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term strategic plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights that inform key business decisions, highlight opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, and risk mitigation Assist in the preparation of presentations for management, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs), annual operating plan (AOP) and the strategic annual plan (STRAP) for the division Lead and/or support ad hoc projects and analysis as required Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness of financial reporting and analysis processes
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3
years of finance or accounting experience CPA or MBA is a plus Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Experience in financial modeling, planning and forecasting, and data analysis preferred Experience using AX/D365, HFM, OneStream, PowerBI is a plus Interested in hearing more?
