Looking for somone who likes to work independently with the freedom to work when your schedule permits Responsibilities and Duties Main responsibilities include to occasionally help with the following:
clean/ fix or repair issues on houses as needed (exterior/ interior maintenance, cleaning, painting, repairing with light electrical/ plumbing, and maintenance throughout house as needed) help maintain any problems that arise or help arrange for reasonable contractors to take care of them promptly occasionally let prospective tenants in to house to view property This would be an independent contractor position with flexible hours as long as issues or projects are managed in a timely fashion.
