- Oversee daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and effective functioning - Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets - Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support - Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures - Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant data Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in retail management - Proficient in shift management, including scheduling and assigning tasks - Knowledge of payroll procedures and ability to manage employee compensation - Familiarity with market trends and ability to adapt strategies accordingly - Experience in inventory control to optimize stock levels and minimize losses - Budgeting skills to effectively manage store expenses and maximize profitability - Multilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse customers - Ability to conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing training as needed - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills If you are a motivated individual with a passion for retail management, we invite you to join our team as a FT Store Supervisor.
