Complete regular maintenance tasks, such as minor plumbing repairs, drain cleanings, minor HVAC repairs, emergency response, cleanup work, painting, and wall patching. Drives a lift to perform cleaning, dusting, and light bulb changing. Performs janitorial work including spot cleaning, window washing, restroom maintenance, trash handling, and other housekeeping duties. Performs light carpentry including signage installation and display repairs. Performs light electrical replacement work such as changing ballasts and resetting circuit breakers. Performs roof inspections. Works with glues, carpet seem sealers, and stain removers. Documents defects found while performing inspections or checks. Tracks work orders and other key documentation. Completes all work orders and submits them to the corporate office.
