org Responsibilities and Expectations:
Assist with set up and take down of events.
Accurately read an event order for the proper setup of the event.
Follow diagrams to set the room with the correct furniture.
Be respectful of our spaces by avoiding damage.
Assist with audio/visual equipment, such as LCD projectors, TV, microphones, and screens.
Collaborate with the Housekeeping team and any other team members contributing to the event.
Support your fellow team members and contribute to a healthy, positive culture.
Ideal Qualifications and Attributes:
Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED Attributes Presentable - Able to put your best foot forward and present yourself cleanly and professionally to our members.
Strong Communication Skills - Able to assess needs and desires by communicating with our members and team.
Team Player - Work closely with leaders and fellow team members to meet goals.
Genuine - Possess a passion for delivering top-notch service.
Fast-paced - Able to manage multiple tasks.
Physical Requirements Ability to move and lift to 100 lbs Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period Availability This position is available for part-time individuals.
Candidates must be willing to have flexible schedules and must be willing to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Shifts will differ from 4-8 hours.
Salary, Benefits, and Perks:
