This position is located in Edina, MN and is an in-office position.
The current need is 20-24 hours per week (Day Shift).

Design & Engineering - Customers bring us existing products with technical needs or a concept for a new product and rely on us to do industrial design, engineering, prototyping and design for manufacturing.
We utilize CAD, product rendering and visualization, in-house 3D printing and rapid prototypes to bring concepts to life as a service for our customers.
2.
Manufacturing Solutions - Customers rely on us to right-size manufacturing of their products using the technology that is most appropriate for their product, quality requirements and price.
We do this through in-house manufacturing, assembly and kitting as well as through strategic partnerships with outstanding factories located around the world - ensuring that our solutions are truly technology agnostic allowing for the best fit for our customers.
Radius provides these custom services primarily to customers in the Medical, Transportation and Industrial/OEM market segments.
Typical projects involve a combination of rubber, plastic and metal components, sub-assemblies or assemblies.
Our team is based in Minneapolis, MN with satellite staff located throughout the U.
S.
, China, Taiwan and Europe.
This enables us to provide customers with localized service and technical support as well as worldwide production and distribution.
What you'll be doing The purpose of the Warehouse/Manufacturing Associate is to assist with various project and tasks, primarily in our warehouse.
Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and boxing parts.
Audit and ensure incoming shipments are accurate.
Manage dock doors for incoming and outgoing shipments.
Ensure cleanliness of warehouse, including sweeping and taking out garbages.
Assist with assembly, inspection, validation and re-working of parts.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2
years of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Highly detail oriented.
Ability to self-manage and work well in a team environment.
Ability to work in an environment where priorities change periodically.
Basic math skills.
Ability to communicate in the English language for effective written and verbal correspondence in order to complete job functions as mentioned above.
