We wrote the book on the procurement and transportation safety of imported ingredients for the industry.
Our global infrastructure includes sourcing from twenty countries; offices in India and China; seven distribution centers, and four customer service offices in the U.
S.
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving the overall performance of the supply chain, such as efficiency, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.
The Supply Chain Analyst also identifies and evaluates the risks and opportunities, conducts market research and benchmarking, and supports the planning and execution of the supply chain projects and initiatives.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter contracts / orders promptly and efficiently.
Coordinate with relevant departments to address any order discrepancies or issues.
Optimize allocation strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize shortages.
Allocate inventory based on demand forecasts, customer requirements.
Receive and fulfill orders on a warehouse basis.
Coordinate with logistics partners to book transportation loads.
Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to customers.
Monitor shipment progress and address any delays or issues that may arise.
Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed about relevant updates and solutions.
Resolve customer complaints or escalations in a professional and proactive manner.
Skills and
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field.
Proven experience in strategic account management or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
Up-to-date understanding of the industry's consumer behavior.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail PCQI and FSVP certification (preferred).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
