Customer Success Representative LOCATION:

Summary:
The customer success representative (CSR) is responsible for fielding a wide range of questions and interacting with customers regarding everything Omnia in a friendly and engaging manner.
The CSR will take inbound customer calls, respond to live chat questions, assist customers with account issues or technical questions about using the Omnia platform, interact directly with customers in the retail storefront within person-to-person setting, engage in ambassador onboarding and training, and call back customers who have left messages during off-work hours.
They will also respond to customer emails and inquiries via social media when asked.
In addition, the CSR will track product requests and inquires to help the digital merchandising and buyer strategies for selecting and sourcing products and sales and conversion goals.
The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Candidates must be able to accurately document and record customer information and interactions.
They should have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple requests at one time.
Additionally, they should be a self-motivated problem solver who will seek out answers on their own.
Knowledge of the fishing industry and products a plus, but not necessary.

POSITION
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer service inquiries via email and on social media Engage & assist customers within the retail storefront Look up customer information in dashboard and trouble shoot technical issues with patience.
Work with Omnia team to create customer service response, user, and ambassador training guides.
Answer customer service phone calls Ensure product are properly tagged and accurately setup for content & operations teams Research customer service management software for future implementation when necessary Interact with customers on social media Track patterns in customer inquiries and communicate findings to the rest of the Omnia teams PHYSICAL DEMANDS -This position requires extensive walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 40lbs).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
