Transformation Analyst

Position Purpose Works in partnership with the Transformation Office, especially the Senior Manager of Transformation, ELT, Fit for Growth Functional Leaders, Finance, and other senior leaders throughout the organization to ensure achievement of transformation strategy and goals through financial tracking, project management, change management, cross functional initiative delivery, and governance Key
Responsibilities:
Financial tracking Drive and manage cross-functional portfolio of strategic Fit for Growth initiatives Track financial benefits for all initiatives (eg full run-rate, in-year benefit, ramp up) Coordinate between Business and Finance to gather and track accurate financial benefits, associates costs and timing Run analyses on various initiatives, scenarios Closely work with the Finance team to align FFG with AOP, monthly actuals reporting, QFX Fit for Growth governance and reporting Prepare materials for all FFG meeting (TMO updates, Change Champions updates, Functional Leader Reviews, etc.) Develop supporting materials for other meeting (ie BOD, ELT updates, etc.) Compile ad hoc analyses (eg benefits by P&L line item, benefits by ELT leader, risk adjusted views, etc.) Transformation Office support Support the Transformation Office team in running meetings Develop and share communication, updates, etc Develop standardized toolkit to support enterprise transformation Establish standardized governance, methodology, framework and tools to support transformation activities across the organization Build frameworks and templates for program and project management Work with office of transformation to design change management methodologies, build enterprise change capabilities and support transformation initiatives Support transformation training, supported by change team and learning team Support transformation communications, supported by internal comms team Key Performance Indicators Implementation of initiatives to plan (schedule, costs, benefits) Process and enablement status updates KPI measurements (various) Position Requirements 2-3 years of experience as an Analyst with demonstrated experience in finance or business processes Must be an excellent teammate who possesses solid interpersonal and organizational skills Excellent communicator in both oral and written settings Able to translate financial information to various business audiences to drive decision making High energy level; strong work ethic Determined, independent thinker SAP, MS Office products Excel, (eg Macros, Pivots, complex calculations, charts) PowerPoint and Power BI Recommended Skills Business Processes Calculations Change Management Coordinating Decision Making Finance Apply to this job. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
