Identifies procurement requirements for chemical, equipment and services.
Responsibilities include receiving, tracking, and order follow up.
Collaborate closely with suppliers to handle procurement information gathering for internal as well as production requirements.
Responsibilities:
Process vendor acknowledgements, collect and review requested vendor PO documentation, close out purchase orders, and post other information into NAV ERP system.
Monitor freight information through TMS (Transportation Management System) to enter bill-of-lading and freight information into the TMS.
Investigate and resolve all incorrect billings or Purchase Order discrepancies with affiliated entities & accurately document this within the financial approval system Provide clerical support associated with preparing and filing specific Supply Chain documents, reports, performance indicators and correspondence Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)Processes and/or approves invoices for payment Data entry into NAV for purchasing, inventory and maintenance functions Tracks/traces orders using TMS and Online Tracking Websites Updates and enters operational data within the Transportation Management System (TMS) Responsible for maintaining professional and ethical actions when dealing with vendors and business associates Calculate, post and track Purchasing savings, cash & cost avoidance, including price reductions, extended pay terms and rebate totals.
Support Supply Chain Team with accurate and timely reporting and disposition of Obsolete, Non-Moving- and Excess (O.

Qualifications:
Ability to use inventory computer programs to update counts and compile reports, such as spreadsheets.
Mathematical and analytical skills Mindfulness and organizational skills Strong computer skills on Word, Excel and Outlook; Ability to multi-task; Sense of urgency; Ability to organize and prioritize daily duties; Physical and mental requirements needed for this position:
Required to sit for extended periods of time.
