As a pick up and Delivery Driver you will be required to drive a variety of different vehicles across the metro and beyond.
The trips will be communicated through a mobile app on your mobile phone or mobile device.
A general understanding of how to use mobile apps is a must.
pick up and Delivery Drivers may be asked to assist with other tasks when not conducting trips.
Vehicles are provided by the company.
Job Duties Must have an iPhone or Android Willingness to use phone and mobile apps Ensure safe, responsible and timely transport of customer vehicles.
Provide courteous, prompt and professional service by greeting and assisting customers.
Maintain exceptional customer relations and appropriately manage customer concerns.
Follow all company procedures relating to pick up and delivery of customer vehicles.
Skills and Requirements Outstanding professionalism and customer service skills.
Exceptional verbal communication skills.
Strong aptitude for mobile technology.
Ability to find innovative approaches to solving problems and accomplishing goals.
Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
