Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct sports classes for children of various ages and skill levels - Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans - Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students - Teach proper sports techniques, including basketball, soccer, kickball, etc.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills Skills:
- Classroom management:
Ability to effectively manage a classroom setting and maintain discipline while creating an engaging learning environment - Experience with children:
Previous experience working with children in a teaching or childcare setting - Early childhood education:
Knowledge of early childhood development principles and ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different age groups - Special education:
Understanding of special education needs and ability to modify teaching techniques to accommodate students with disabilities or special needs - Lesson planning:
Proficiency in creating lesson plans that are structured, organized, and catered to the needs of individual students or groups - Childcare:
Knowledge of basic childcare practices, including safety protocols and emergency procedures - Sports skills:
Strong background in various sports.
