Quality Engineer

Strom Engineering Minnesota is seeking to staff a Quality Engineer position with an outstanding company located in Minneapolis, MN.
This position is an integral player in regards to collaborating with the company's internal team to improve and support quality systems and processes.
Seeking an engineer with an innovative approach to aid the team and ensure that products and workflow support the growth and improvements targeted for the business.
Seeking a leader with a hands-on, get-stuff-done attitude.

Duties:

Support a Quality Management strategy that aligns with company short-and-long term growth goals and compliments all departments.

Quality Management System (QMS) / Integrated Quality Management (IQM) & Supplier Quality Management, ISO9001, AS9100 and other various certifications.

Collaborate in a way that leads by example, holds people accountable and utilizes data to make informed decisions.

Actively participate on behalf of Quality team both internally and externally on projects, Engineering requirements, contract review, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA's), Corrective Action Request (CAR's), production and general customer service.

Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), report on them and make them visible to the team and other departments.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate quotes, contract review completion, priorities for On-Time-Delivery (OTD) are met, and customer communication supported.

Communicate with team to ensure expectations and performance objectives are clear.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
