We're seeking a Senior Municipal Engineer with over 10 years of experience in civil or municipal engineering to lead diverse infrastructure projects. This role combines project management, technical expertise, and stakeholder engagement to enhance our city's livability and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee municipal infrastructure projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to high standards. Design and develop engineering solutions for roads, water supply, sewage, and public parks. Engage with government officials, contractors, and the public, presenting findings and reports as necessary. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and environmental policies. Manage project budgets and provide technical guidance to junior staff. Promote sustainable and innovative practices in all projects. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) license. 10
years of experience in municipal engineering, with 5
years in a leadership role. Proficient in project management and engineering software. Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability. Available for emergency response outside standard work hours.
