Spearhead the strategy & the discovery phase, craft a clear roadmap for the long-term vision. Build the Culture/Experimentation:
Establish a culture where we move quickly, & are comfortable making decisions before we have all of the information. Prioritization:
Make tough decisions about which initiatives to pursue, focusing on those that will have the greatest impact on customer satisfaction and business growth. Build a Team:
Recruit, mentor, and manage a small, versatile team of product managers, designers, and researchers who can efficiently execute on the product vision. Customer Obsession:
Drive product decisions based on a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and feedback. Prioritize:
Ensure that user experience is at the forefront of all decisions, to set our product apart from competitors. Technology:
Leverage AI and Machine Learning to enhance the product, streamline internal processes, and move faster. Required Skills/Qualifications 10
years of experience in product leadership, with a track record of building products from zero to one in a B2B SaaS startup environments Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing, cross-functional product teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Deep expertise in product strategy, user research, design thinking, and agile methodologies to create products that deliver real value to customers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making and a track record of using metrics to measure and optimize product performance. Passion for leveraging cutting-edge technologies, such as AI and Machine Learning Experience in managing products through multiple phases of growth, from early-stage development to scaling and optimization, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
