00 / Hourly Rate- Starting Salary at Perm $100,000 - $115,000
Benefits- On-Call Once Every 15 Weeks- Work Typically Mon - Fri Dayshift but Hours are Flex REQUIREMENTS Experience creating / writing SNORT Rules Firewall Configuration Experience (Any Flavor)Experience implementing, tuning, and optimizing firewall, IPS, and VPN environmentsBasic understanding of advanced networking concepts (IP Addressing, routing, switching, OSI, DHCP, DNS, SMTP, protocol analysis, etc.

Job Description:
- Team 14 CurrentlyThe Network Engineer with a Security focus is responsible for analyzing, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining and repairing the network security infrastructure and application components.
Perform a wide variety of evaluation, maintenance, installation and training tasks to ensure the network security performance meets company and user satisfaction.
Assist network and voice engineers with resolving more difficult network challengesUtilize network and security management applications to review overall network health and diagnose specific areas of concernCollaborates with other teams on designs and plansDesign, setup and configure security for complex routing and switching environmentsDesign, setup and configure security for complex wireless networking that supports open or secured access and the ability to support voice and video applicationsMaintain a thorough understanding of LAN and WAN technologies and their security implicationsMaintain multi-site network, voice, and associated security operationsTroubleshoot malfunctions of network, voice, or security hardware and software applications, to resolve operational issues and restore servicesTrack project work and tasks using the currently-accepted workflow systemParticipate in engineering on-call schedulePerform other duties as assigned by managerObey all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
