About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Communication Director in the Wells Fargo Auto organization.
This leader will be responsible for managing a team responsible for creating and reconciling all letters, emails, and text messages sent to customers.
The team delivers world-class communications processes that ensure customers receive the correct message on time.
In this role, you will:
Manage a team of managers and more experienced level individual contributors responsible for developing and implementing letters, emails, and text messagesCreate strong controls to ensure we have appropriate reconciliation and documentation of all outgoing mailPartner with technology to improve the end-to-end processEnsure proper oversight of third-party correspondence vendorsResponsible for creating and driving strategic initiatives that will result in simplified process and cost savingsReport out regularly to executives on progress of strategic initiatives Partner with other Communications teams to ensure alignment of communications strategies and messagingManage allocation of people and financial resources for CommunicationsDevelop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategyRequired Qualifications:

years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following:
work experience, training, military experience, education4
years of management experience

years of experience in auto finance6
years direct management experience Strong analytical and writing skills, ability to effectively communicate in mission-critical moments.
Must operate with grace under pressure.
Experience leading, high-performing geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams within a matrix organization.
Ability to collaborate across large, matrixed teamsExperience presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
