Job Description The Packing and Shipping Compliance Coordinator will work closely with all departments including warehouse personnel, Merch Op's and the Art Department to ensure internal and external customer requirements are being met.

Responsibilities:
Train table personnel packing requirements.
Be proficient in working with excel spreadsheets, and other files services such as Sage, Dropbox and Monday.
Research inventory shortages and overages.
Audit packed orders to ensure accuracy.
Prepare packed shipments to ship parcel, LTL or TL.
Work with and assist in loading with UPS, Fed Ex and other carriers to ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Participate in continuous process improvement.
Other responsibilities as assigned, such as pulling and packing orders, creating shipping labels and unloading containers.
What you will bring to the role:
Associate degree preferred Two plus years of experience in warehousing, training, auditing, and shipping Ability to read, write and speak fluent English.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Strong attention to detail and organization skills Demonstrate excellent attendance Strong communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Team oriented Excellent time management skills High accountability for results and willingness to take initiative Ability to work overtime on a regular basis during peak season (May - October) Physical Demands:
Able to lift up to 50 pounds on regular basis Regularly bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, and reaching Ability to stand or sit for lengths of time Job Type:
