As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service experiences.
We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and a willingness to acquire new skills.
Key
Responsibilities:
Answering inbound service calls, which constitute approximately 80% of daily tasks.
Handling 50 to 100 inbound calls daily, assisting customers with service scheduling and inquiries.
Making outbound contacts with current and potential customers through phone, email, and text messages.
Providing timely updates to customers regarding service appointments and vehicle statuses.
Addressing routine customer questions related to maintenance, pricing, store hours, and roadside assistance.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to work proficiently with various computer programs and applications.
Automotive experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
