Territory Manager
The Territory Manager drives growth and brand development for ShineWater.
A successful Territory Managerwill secure and support distribution, display execution, promotions, and product sampling.
They will beresponsible for meeting performance targets while working closely with the Sr.
Regional Sales Manager, RetailAccounts, and Distributor Field personnel.
Job Duties to include, but not limited to:
? Effectively manage a designated territory, including but not limited to overseeing distributorrelationships, identifying growth opportunities, and strategically targeting retail accounts.
? Provide support, guidance, and training to ensure distributors are equipped with the necessary toolsand information to effectively sell ShineWater products.
? Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with retail accounts, including grocery stores, conveniencestores, mass, club, independent, and specialty beverage retailers.
? Plan and execute promotional activities, including product tastings, demonstrations, and special events,to increase brand awareness and drive sales at the retail level.
? Utilize insights to refine sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
? Any other duties assigned by Sr.
Regional Sales Manager
Qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent? Outgoing personality? Excellent communication skillsAdditional Requirements:
? Ability to carry up to 50 lbs and operate a motor vehicle? Cultivate a team based culture and help out where needed? Conditions may include working irregular hours and traveling by car, van, bus and airplane? Proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft Office and Google Apps is required, as well as theability to adopt new company software as needed?
