Superintendent
Qualifications:
- Must have a proven work history as a superintendent leading ground up multi-family projects $15M
- Lead weekly construction coordination meetings for each project
- Reading and interpreting specifications and plans
- Examining and inspecting work progress and site
- Practical experience in the field
- Excellent people skills
