Sr Program Manager - Marketing

The ability to effectively collaborate across business functions, anticipate and resolve impediments, and drive stakeholder alignment is critical for role. The Program Manager role has a direct impact on execution of the company's goals and serving our customers.

  • Experience managing large scale transformation programs with focus on sales, marketing and digital capabilities, including customer facing website redesign & migration

  • Delivery management across different functional groups (e.g. Marketing, Operations, CX, Sales, Distribution etc.) along with multiple vendors and stakeholders

  • Well-rounded business domains exposure & experience in areas such as customer experience design, marketing automation, service optimization, change management, and launch readiness etc.

  • Experience with Agile Delivery methodology and tools, and familiarity with Adobe products (e.g. Marketo, AEM)
