Job Duties/
Responsibilities:
Responsible for various machine-specific functions, from setting up equipment, loading products, and operating machinery to monitoring and optimizing efficiency, maintaining machines, and performing quality checks.
- Ability to create and critique job routings to ensure quality while maintaining desired production levels
- Ability to operate and control automated plated lines safely
- Oversee rack/tier set up by helpers
- Oversee packaging of completed work
- Check work regularly to ensure parts meet customer specifications and quality expectations.
- Complete all required paperwork for each job.
- Lead and train rackers working with you
- Willingness to take online classes (heavy math involvement). Done on own time and get a bonus when completed within 3 months.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

- Ability to be on time and work scheduled shift
- A good basic math aptitude
- Ability to pay attention to detail and follow written instructions
- Ability to fluently understand, read, write, and speak English
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to follow safety procedures to avoid injuries
- Ability to stand, twist, lift, pinch, walk, bend, and kneel as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic computer entry skills (preferred)

00 AM, Monday - Thursday (OT as scheduled) - MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN ON 1ST
Wage Range:

Starting at $26 / Hour
(Reviews:
60 days and 6 months, then twice a year, which may come with a rate increase, providing the employee meets company and performance standards).
Signing Bonus:
$1500 (current employees are not eligible for signing bonus)
