Summary:
We are hiring full-time and part-time Direct Support Professionals! As a Direct Support Professional, you will help people with disabilities or mental health diagnosis on a variety of outcomes and goals.
Direct Support Professionals provide services in our residential group homes or in-home services.
DSPs help with daily activities such as meal preparation, community outings, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, and attending appointments and medication administration.
Requirements:
To be at least 18 years old for employment within In-Home Services/Adult Group Homes and 21 years old for employment within Child Foster Care Homes.
Successful clearance from a DHS background Study Have an acceptable driving record as determined by Meridian Services policy.
Experience with mental health and Autism is required for some positions.
Experience providing personal care is required for some positions.
Experience working with challenging behaviors (verbal and/or physical) is required for some positions.
