Mails and tracks required documents to the consumers and their providers per the request of Case Managers of the Case Management Supervisor.
Downloads, organizes and files consumer documents.
Maintains the database of current consumers in the Case Management Program.
Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma/GED, and be proficient with the use of Microsoft Software, the internet and the scanner.
