This position specifically supports the Chick-fil-A Bloomington (MN) and Mall of America locations.

The responsibilities of the Restaurant Marketing Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for marketing/growing the catering department Draw up annual and quarterly plans in tandem with the Annual Marketing Plan to grow catering based on seasons Create engaging marketing materials to draw in new catering business Network at local events to grow awareness of catering and overall brand growth Collaborate with other Restaurant Marketing Coordinator to create fun, on-trend social posts to grow catering Cultivate new and existing relationships to expand and coordinate ADP (Additional Distribution Point) pop-up event opportunities See ADP events through from start to finish Create and set up fun displays in-store Assist marketing team in coordinating and executing donations on a catering level Be in charge of and assist on other community events, both for our store and as a MN market Catering
Responsibilities:
Strategize and organize better processes within the restaurant Fill out daily catering sheets according to scheduled orders, and communicate with Kitchen Manager and team what needs to get done each day Be the first to take deliveries as well as coordinate multiple delivery days with management Coordinate and execute mid-to-high level catering days Create Catering Training process for team members Coordinate with Training Coordinator to regularly train team members on how to take catering calls, perform set-ups, etc Supervise Catering Van onboarding process Responsible for the Catering Van:
general vehicle upkeep, mileage reports, etc.
Weekly maintenance/cleaning on catering equipment Personal Development Commits to a Personal Development Plan Commitment to engaging in our internal Leadership Development Program This position includes:
40 hours a week (excluding break time) 20 hrs on the floor 20 hrs admin time Over time available to meet business needs Saturday availability to execute Catering/Events/Donations Please attach a Resume and Cover Letter when applying for this position.
REQUIREMENTS In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients.
And we always have.
Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants.
Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week.
Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.
