What you'll do Be friendly and helpful while engaging with customers via phone, live chat, email, social media or in person Serve as an expert on all things patio furniture by providing accurate, up-to-date information including, product features, pricing, delivery, warranties and returns Work closely with our delivery, operations and showroom teams to monitor the scheduling of deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction Guide and work with your fellow team members to achieve customer success in every interaction Help find new ideas and methods to exceed customer expectations as a company Basic qualifications Previous work experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask Preferred qualifications 1 year of customer support, client services, sales or a related field Skilled at running multiple computer systems/windows simultaneously Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite What's in it for you We're committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
