Nurses and their Aides use our products to complete care workflows for patients.
As an Architect for the HHP product, you will be driving the modernization of our SaaS EMR as we transform it from an on-prem monolith to a cloud native solution in AWS.
You will be working closely with engineers and product managers to come up with high-level designs for new features and guide the scrum team as they build it.
Let's talk about the roleConduct feasibility analysis for upcoming initiatives and potential partnerships, providing insights into technical viability and potential challenges.
Develop high-level design and initial estimates for upcoming initiatives.
Perform impact analysis on product engineering, anticipating potential bottlenecks, and proposing solutions.
Conduct cost analysis for building and operating modules, optimizing for efficiency and scalability.
Evaluate alternative designs and frameworks, considering scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business needs.
Identify and implement enablers to enhance engineering velocity, including tools, processes, and best practices.
Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline development workflows and remove obstacles to productivity.
Lead the creation of proof of concepts (POCs) to validate the feasibility of technical solutions.
Develop bootstraps to accelerate the onboarding of engineering teams onto new projects, ensuring a smooth transition from design to implementation.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.
Base Pay Range for this position:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
