Anaplan consultants serve as subject matter experts in a variety of strategic and high-impact projects, guiding clients and transform the way they plan and report across their business and collaborate across functions.

What You'll DoServe as the architectural SME for large-scale connected planning solutionsTranslate existing solutions, complex spreadsheets and business problems into elegant, intuitive, multi-dimensional Anaplan modelsConduct the solution design in concert with the client, documenting requirements and directing the build out of design artifacts including Discovery Readout, Process Flow, Model Flow, Model Schema, and Developer Ready User StoriesModify existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionalityProvide candid, meaningful feedback and progress updates in a timely manner to the Business Partner and teamDirect and review the work of multiple Slalom model builders on the delivery teamDevelop model documentationParticipate in data integration and migration solutionsLead UAT testing and deploymentUp to 30% travel depending on client needsWhat You'll BringA bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or MISAnaplan Solution Architect CertificationHistory of successful Anaplan project delivery in a leadership role (Architect or workstream lead) with heavy emphasis on owning model designSubject matter expertise in planning and modeling for Supply Chain, Retail, Finance, or Sales Performance ManagementAdvanced Microsoft Excel / financial modeling skillsDemonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable)Strong understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound)Superb written and oral communication skillsPenchant for service excellence and a collaborative stylePassion for business analytics, modeling and planningDesire to work with a truly dynamic and exciting team, with a roll-up your sleeves approachStrong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your careerAbout UsSlalom is a purpose-led, global business and technology consulting company.

For this position at the Senior Consultant level the base salary pay range is $110,000 to $203,000.
For this position at the Sr.
Principal level the base salary pay range is $140,000 to $258,000.
In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
