Summary:
This position will float between specialty clinics at Maple Grove.
TheLPNanswers patient Triage calls under direction of RN Care Coordinators, and works within the LPN scope of practice. Communicates effectively and efficiently with the RN Care Coordinators to provide an outstanding continuum of care for the patient.Supports providers in the delivery of patient care
services
. Prepares examining areas and patients for examination, procedure or treatment by physician or other authorized practitioner. Obtains vital signs and records patient's medical history and other relevant data. Assists physician with patient examinations, treatments and/procedures. Administers injections or assists with treatments/procedures under direction of authorized practitioner.
In order to qualify for this role, you must possess:
Graduate of an accredited post-secondary practical nursing program.
Current MN LPN license
Preferred:
Previous ambulatory care experience
Patient focused care
Good interpersonal skills
