Business Overview:
This
position
will be working within the Dotcom Operations Department. Responsible for the support of the applications, driving improvements and general operations of the website. There will be an on-call support rotation, once every 2-3 months for one week at a time.

Project Description:
This resource will be working on the Associate Facing Application Support Team providing reliable operations and level 2 technical support. Could be responsible for up to 12 different tools that they support.

Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:
o Help analyze system issues
o Gets excited to improve processes
o Enjoys a fast-paced environment
o Provide education on the applications they support to other members
o End to end application support
o L2 support
o Provides communication of status updates
o Looking for them to be SME on applications

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
