Responsibilities:
Work closely with IT leadership and clients on the initiation, selection, design, and implementation of new technologies
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Linux/Unix, Windows, and Cisco environment
Project(s) intake, Design, documentation, and direction setting.
Develop positive working relationships and actively manage vendors to establish goals
Create technical documentation-roadmaps, presentations, cost models, etc.
Will be responsible for taking business/technology needs and implementing goals
Responsible for document design, implement phases of design, transition requirements to operations.
Define roadmaps/ ensure roadmap meet project goals
Oversight to implementation

What would a normal day for this position look like??
Designing infrastructure
Working with infrastructure teams to get recommendations
Attending intake meetings (twice a week)


Must Have Skills:
Drive project deliverables
At least 10 years of experience
Must have extensive knowledge in order to cover everything in the project intake meetings
Someone who understands technology all the way from start to finish

Must Have Technologies:
Linux/UNIX- RedHat
Cisco
EMC/Oracle
Experience working with VMWare
Windows
Red Hat
Cloud technology
Strong network and server troubleshooting skills in a mixed technology environment

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
